Норильск был основан в 1935 году.
Norilsk is the Russian city which is located in Krasnoyarsk Krai. The city is located in the north of the region to the South from the Taimyr peninsula, approximately in 90 km to the East from Yenisei. Norilsk is the most northern city in the world with constant resident population more than 150 000 inhabitants. Since November 25, 2001 entry of foreign citizens into Norilsk is possible only on permission of the authorities. Norilsk was founded in 1935.
