Эта галактика была впервые открыта в 1779 году. Эта галактика очень яркая, поэтому она притягивает внимание астрономов-любителей и астрофотографов со всего мира. Ее можно увидеть даже в самый небольшой любительский телескоп.
Astrophotographers showed an unusual photo of an elliptic galaxy of Messier 60 which is located in zodiac constellation of Virgo at distance of 60 million light years from Earth. This galaxy was for the first time discovered in 1779. This galaxy is very bright and that`s why it attracts attention of amateur astronomers and astrophotographers from all over the world. It can be seen even in the smallest amateur telescope.
