On October 18, 1934 Cyrus Bulychyov (Igor Vsevolodovich Mozheyko) was born. This is a Soviet science fiction writer, a scientist-orientalist, a screenwriter. After leaving school Igor entered the Moscow state institute of foreign languages of Maurice Thorez. Two years he worked in Burma as a translator and a correspondent of АПН, in 1959 he returned to Moscow and he entered postgraduate study of Institute of oriental studies of Academy of Sciences of the USSR. The first story of the author was published in 1961. He started writing a fantasy in 1965, fantastic works published only under a pseudonym. Published dozens of books, total of the published works — hundreds are published. Besides writing, he was engaged in the translation into Russian of fantastic works of the American writers. More than twenty works are picturized, in particular, according to the story "Hundred Years to That Forward" (1977) the five-serial movie "The Guest from the Future" — one of the most popular in the USSR.
