For its preparation take 1 boiled beet, 2 fresh cucumbers, 2 sweet apples, 1 bunch of green onions, some cleared walnuts, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and salt. Cut all ingredients in cubes, mix them. Add walnuts, salt and sour cream. Mix and your dietary salad is ready!
