Песчаная буря - это атмосферное явление, при котором происходит подъём пыли (песка) в воздух и одновременно оседание пыли на большой территории. Песчаные бури появляются обычно в пустынях при сухой поверхности почвы и скорости ветра десять метров в секунду и более.
