Для большиства российских семей комнатная фиалка - это одно из самых традиционных домашних растений, хотя настоящая родина этого растения - Восточная Африка. Это значит, что данное растение является экзотическим, хотя сегодня нам и даже нашим бабушкам в это трудно поверить. Официальное название комнатной фиалки - "сенполия". Это многолетнее травянистое растение вырастает до 30 см и насчитывает два десятка видов. Оно имеет цветки разного цвета и размера.

It means that this plant is exotic even if today it`s hard to believe that for us and especially for our grannies. The official name of a room violet - "saintpaulia". This perennial grassy plant grows to 30 cm and in total has about twenty sorts. It has flowers with different color and size.
