Cutlets made from liver is a quite popular Russian dish. For its preparation take half of a kilo of a chicken liver, 1 big onion, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons of semolina, salt, pepper. Make the stuffing from a liver, onions, carrots and potatoes usng a meat grinder. Add a semolina, salt and pepper. Let a forcemeat be drawn about 1 hour. Use a tablespoon to fry portions of cutlets on sunflower oil both sides.
