Squash "caviar" is a very tasty and simple dish. For its preparation take: 6 kilograms of vegetable marrow, 500 g of tomato paste, 3 garlic cloves, 10 tablespoons of vinegar, a half a cup of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of salt, black ground pepper, 200 g of sugar. Crush vegetable marrows by means of a meat grinder. Add all other ingredients, except garlic and vinegar, bring to boiling, and then cook 40 minutes. Cool this mix, shake up by blender, add the garlic and prepare 10 more minutes.
