Crayfish are a snack from the whole boiled crawfishes with additional ingredients or without them. They are excellent snack to beer and a good dietary dish. Boiled crayfish are eaten in many countries of the world. All parts of a carcass of a crayfishes are edible, except the shell, whisker and a digestive tract, however people usually eat only meat of claws and a paunch. Sometimes crayfish are served in broth in which they were prepared, or in a special sauce (mix of flour, oil and broth).
