Мнения некоторых ученых на счет ягод Годжи расходятся. Одни утверждают, что это панацея от миллиона проблем, а другие утверждают, что в яблоке намного больше витаминов.

Goji berries are known as longevity fruit as it is a very powerful antioxidant. According to researches of scientists, goji berries strengthen memory, give energy, increase the resilience of an organism and help to struggle with various diseases and indispositions. These berries are used for tea preparation. Today this plant is cultivated worldwide, including Russia. You can find goji berries even in supermarkets. Opinions of some scientists about goji berries disperse. Some claim that it is a panacea for a million problems, and others claim that an apple has much more vitamins.

The river Volga is the largest river of Europe and one of the largest rivers of the world. Volga proceeds in the territory of the 11 Russian regions and 4 republics. Length of this river is 3530 km. Volga is used as a hydraulic power source. There are 9 reservoirs with hydroelectric power stations on the river. About 70 species of fish, including 40 trade species of fish live in Volga.

On November 7, 1891 the first zipper was patented. The invention was patented as "a fastener for footwear". On men's trousers it appeared only in 1937 but before it was used for bags.

Beads are small decorative objects with hole for threading on a string, a scaffold or a wire. Art of production of jewelry from beads is called beadwork. Beads are also used in embroidery and mosaic. For the first time the prototype of beads has appeared in Egypt.

Lobsters are considered as a delicacy. The largest lobster in the world is considered 20,5 kg weigh lobster caught in Canada. It was included into the Guinness Book of Records. There are 49 species of lobsters on the planet. Males of lobsters live about 30 years, and females - about 50 years.

Страус является самой большой птицей в мире. Соответственно он несет самые большие яйца на планете. Вес страуса может достигать 130 кг, а высота 2,7 метров. Страусы могут бегать со скоростью 97,5 км/ч. Страусы не умеют летать. Страусы не имеют зубов, поэтому они глотают мелкие камушки, которые помогают измельчать пищу.

The ostrich is the biggest bird in the world. Respectively it lays the biggest eggs on the planet. The weight of an ostrich can reach 130 kg and its height - 2,7 meters. Ostriches can run with a speed of 97,5 km/h. Ostriches can`t fly. Ostriches have no teeth therefore they swallow small pebbles which help them to crush food.
