Энчилада - это традиционное мексиканское блюдо. Для приготовления энчилада с говядиной возьмите тонкие кукурузные лепешки, говяжий фарш со специями и помидорами, соль, соус и тертый сыр. Добавьте соль и специи в фарш по вкусу. Заверните фарш в лепешки. Положите лепешки в форму для запекания. Полейте соусом, положите сверху тертый сыр и поставьте в духовку на 40 минут при температуре 200 градусов.
