Uglich is a small Russian city situated in the Yaroslavl region. The city is located on the Volga River (the Uglichsky reservoir) in 200 km to the North East from Moscow and in 92 km to the West from Yaroslavl. It is a tourist center in the "Golden Ring". The city was founded in 937. Tourists often visit Uglich. There are 12 museums and buildings of Russian architecture in the city. Here famous Russian Chaika watches were produced.
