30 января 2009 года был запущен российский космический аппарат "Коронас-Фотон". "Коронас-Фотон" является третьим спутником серии, предыдущие аппараты "КОРОНАС-И" и "КОРОНАС-Ф" к моменту его запуска были выведены из эксплуатации. Космический аппарат был выведен на околоземную орбиту ракетой-носителем "Циклон-3" с космодрома Плесецк.
On January 30, 2009 the Russian Koronas-Foton spacecraft was launched. "Koronas-Foton" is the third satellite of a series, previous devices "KORONAS-I" and "KORONAS-F" by the time of its launch was decommissioned. The spacecraft was put to Earth orbit by the carrier rocket "Cyclone-3" from Plesetsk Cosmodrome.
