Альпинарий - участок, на котором выращивают растения, предназначенные для альпийского климата. Обычно в середине альпийской горки устанавливается крупный камень, символизирующий горную вершину, вокруг него размещаются камни меньшего размера, между ними высаживаются растения. Нередко для альпийских горок используют не только горные, но и другие растения, похожие на горные.
