Prepositional Vs. Accusative case

When you talk about where (the place of where a person or a thing is) use Prepositional case.

When you talk about where to (the direction) use Accusative case.

Use P.c. or A.c.	Examples
Где? Where? + Prepositional case (P.c.) = place	Я живу в Москве(P.c.). I live in Moscow. Я учусь в школе(P.c.). I study at school.
Куда? Where to? + Accusative case (A.c.) = the direction	Я лечу в Москву(A.c.). I fly to Moscow. Я иду в школу(A.c.). I go to school.
