Пастила
Пастила - это сладкое блюдо русской кухни. Пастила известна с XIV в., то есть она относится к древнерусской кухне. Пастилу изготавливали из взбитого пюре кислых яблок, ягод, мёда и яичного белка. В советское время был разработан упрощённый вариант русской пастилы в форме небольших белых брусков, который изготавливается промышленным путём и получил всеобщее распространение. По вкусу он больше напоминает французский зефир.
