On March 10, 1908 Cotin Joseph Iacovlevitch was born. This is a Soviet designer of tanks, self-propelled artillery cannons and tractors, a creator of heavy KV-1 and IS tanks. Joseph Cotin was the deputy minister of the defensive industry of the USSR fr om 1968 to 1972. In the territory of Kirov Plant wh ere Joseph Cotin was the chief designer, his bronze bust is established.
